In a remarkable collaboration, we joined forces with Mānoa Chocolate, local bean-to-bar chocolate makers, to craft an extraordinary chocolate bar. This one-of-a-kind creation begins with Mānoa's sourcing of Hawaiian-grown cacao nibs. These nibs are carefully soaked in our exquisite Hawaiian Agricole rum, resulting in a product we call Kokoleka.
Once the cacao nibs have absorbed the flavors of the rum, they are dried and returned to Mānoa Chocolate for further processing into delectable chocolate bars. Each bite offers a delightful fusion of flavors, where the rich and nuanced notes of the rum-infused cacao take center stage, tantalizing the taste buds with their exceptional quality.
