KOA, the most elegant expression of barrel-aged agricole rum. Carefully selected during our aging process, certain barrels achieve the perfect balance of flavor and body. For those exceptional rums, we've chosen to age them in locally crafted Hawaiian Koa wood casks, Hawaii's renowned endemic hardwood. The result is a uniquely vibrant red hue with maple syrup, cinnamon, and the resinous scent of cherry wood and tobacco. On the palate, it is texturally complex notes of vanilla give way to rich cacao, roasted almonds, and a bright spark of rhubarb and chamomile. KOA offers an incredible buttery mouthfeel that lingers on the finish. Enjoy it neat or slightly diluted with water or ice for the best experience. Bottled at 100 proof in a 375mL bottle.
