kokoleka espresso martini


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kō Hana KOKOLEKA

  • 1 oz espresso (cooled)

  • bar spoon simple syrup

  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans and 7 grains of Hawaiian sea salt

Preparation

Add rum, espresso, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake all of the ingredients vigorously with ice for at least 20 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and 7 grains of Hawaiian sea salt.
