Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kō Hana KEA

  • 2-3 heaping bar spoons of raspberry jam or preserves

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 dashes ʻElemakule Tiki Bitters 

  • raspberries & mint for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice. Double strain into a large rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with berries and a mint bouquet.
