Piña Colada


Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kō Hana KEA

  • 2 oz pineapple juice*

  • 1½ oz cream of coconut

  • 1 cup ice

  • pineapple fronds for garnish

Preparation

Shake cream of coconut in its can before measuring. Purée pineapple, cream of coconut, Kō Hana KEA, and 1 cup of ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with two beautifully simple pineapple fronds. 

*Fresh pineapple juice is always best, but canned works just fine!
